STATE OF ORIGIN: 52-6 – AT LEAST THEY TRY-ED

This is giving Queensland fans the chance to get stuck into their New South Wales counterparts ahead of next Wednesday’s series opener.

The billboard will gradually reveal cheeky messages aimed at getting under the skin of those poor old cockroaches, who are still dining out on that one solitary series victory a couple of years ago.

Fans can power the reveal of the word puzzles (aka sledges), one letter at a time by engaging with Sportsbet’s social media accounts.

“Even though Queenslanders have been letting their actions speak louder than their words, we’re providing Maroons fans with a new way to stick it to those long-suffering Blues fans,” said sportsbet.com.au’s Christian Jantzen.
