Online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au is tipping a very close finish in two of tomorrow’s NSW by-elections.
In Murray, the National party are the $1.90 favourites but are closely followed in the betting by the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers party on $2.10.
The Shooters, Fishers and Farmers are slight favourites in Cootamundra on $1.92, just ahead of the National party who are now $1.95.
Blacktown looks set for a Labor win, Stephen Bali the short $1.02 favourite to win the seat.
“There’s quite a tussle being played out for Murray and Cootamundra with the betting suggesting the National party and the SFF will win one a piece,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Will Byrne.
