On the eve of one of Australia’s greatest racing programs, AAMI Victoria Derby Day, the VRC will host a media conference at 10.30am tomorrow in the Fashions on the Field enclosure at Flemington.

After the media conference, crews are invited to capture vision of final preparations at Flemington on the eve of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Confirmed talent includes:
o Mick Price, trainer of short priced AAMI Victoria Derby favourite Tarzino, and Ready for Victory (Coolmore Stud Stakes)

o Hugh Bowman, leading jockey with a full book of rides this Saturday, including Shards (AAMI Victoria Derby), Royal Descent (Myer Classic), Flamingo Star (Longines Mackinnon Stakes), Hawkspur (Lexus Stakes) and Super One (Coolmore Stud Stakes)

o Paul Beshara, trainer of Happy Trails (Longines Mackinnon Stakes) and Richie’s Vibe (Guvera Stakes)
o Darren Beadman, Godolphin assistant trainer with runners including Exosphere and Mogador (Coolmore Stud Stakes), Shards and Etymology (AAMI Victoria Derby), Magic Hurricane and Contributer (Longines Mackinnon Stakes), Havana Cooler (Lexus Stakes)

o Dwayne Dunn, riding My Poppette (Mumm Wakeful Stakes), Hellbent (Coolmore Stud Stakes), Excess Knowledge (Lexus Stakes), Happy Trails (Longines Mackinnon Stakes), Jadeer (AAMI Victoria Derby), Politeness (Myer Classic) and Bring Me the Maid ( Stakes).
